        Okay aluminum honeycomb paddles

        These are okay, but like the other aluminum honeycomb core paddles from GBS the paint/grit wears off fast and if you clang with another paddle they will get easily damaged. I play pickleball almost everyday and I am an intermediate to advanced player. I do like the sound they make like a little league bat but after a week or so of use that sound fades and you can start to see the honeycomb through the paddle face. They are pretty light weight and have a decent length handle on the paddle. They can take a lot of heat of a persons shot, making it easy to dink off a heavy shot right over the net and if you are a good player you might like them. I wish they were more durable.

        Weekend warrior!

        For our first game, my wife bought some very cheap paddles at the local discount store. I'm too new to pickleball to really know if these paddles are what the seller claims: "These are premium quality pickleball paddles set of 2, comparable to others priced well over $100, far surpassing the cheaper, low-quality options available on the market." What I will say is these pickleball paddles from Gentle Booms Sports are an improvement over what we bought despite both being USAPA approved. They're lighter weight but have more power behind them. Also much better material is used.

        I'm pleased with this order as it not only includes 2 pickleball paddles, but also 4 pickelballs, a carry case,. Not sure how much I'll use the included grip tapes or eraser but that's a nice addition too. Overall, as good purchase for beginners like me.

        Pickleball all your friends

        I bought this complete pickleball kit and I'm very pleased with it. You get two decent quality paddles, two pickleballs, tape and an eraser to keep the surface of your paddles clean. Plus, you get a nice zippered carrying case to keep it all in. I bought this for my kids and they love it. Very pleased with this purchase.

        Great paddles

        These are excellent quality paddles. My family has started to play and these feel well made. The handles have good grip and the paddle itself is solid and light weight. It comes with storage bag for them. Very nice set.

        Very nice for beginners

        These are very high quality beginner paddles. I like the aluminum construction as these replaced another set that had a broken handle. These are much more sturdy. My son used one in a pickleball tournament last weekend and they did great. These do not provide as much spin as higher priced paddles, but are great for the price.
